Tokyo VIP Tours

Terms and Conditions for Tokyo VIP Tours (Club Velocita株式会社)

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Clients using services provided by Tokyo VIP Tours (株式会社) (hereinafter referred to as "Tokyo VIP Tours"), a subsidiary of Club Velocita株式会社, including VIP tour planning, itinerary coordination, bookings, VIP guide and host services, and VIP transportation provided through Tokyo Supercars株式会社.

Article 1 - General

(1) The Client agrees to the contract(s) for services provided by Tokyo VIP Tours: i.) Tour Planning Agreement ii.) Booking Services Agreement iii.) Event Participation and Transportation Agreement (if applicable)

(2) All prices include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated.

(3) Availability of services, pricing, and content of itineraries are subject to change depending on season, availability, and external factors.

(4) Tokyo VIP Tours reserves the right to make adjustments to services in cases of weather, force majeure, or safety considerations.

(5) By making a reservation, the Client acknowledges full understanding and agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

 

Article 2 - Scope of Services

Tokyo VIP Tours provides the following services:

(1) VIP Itinerary Planning: Custom curated schedules and experiences based on the Client’s interests.

(2) Booking Services: Arrangements for restaurants, cultural experiences, private activities, and accommodations.

(3) VIP Guide and Host Services: On-site guides or hosts offering interpretation, translation, and expert local insight.

(4) VIP Transportation Services: Private luxury transportation, including vehicle usage provided by Tokyo Supercars株式会社. Terms outlined in the Tokyo Supercars Agreement apply.

(5) Concierge Services: Assistance with requests including changes to plans, last-minute bookings, and personal preferences.

 

Article 3 - Transportation Terms

When utilizing transportation services through Tokyo Supercars株式会社, all terms specified in the "Tokyo Supercars KK Terms and Conditions" (including Articles 1 to 15) apply. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Use limitations

  • Driver requirements

  • Insurance coverage

  • Vehicle condition and return

  • Client responsibilities

  • Liability and cancellation policy

 

Article 4 - Booking and Cancellation Policy

(1) All bookings must be confirmed in writing and secured by payment as outlined in the invoice.

(2) Changes or modifications to the itinerary must be requested at least 7 days before the experience and are subject to availability and additional costs.

(3) Cancellations: i.) More than 14 days before the scheduled service: 100% refund ii.) Between 14 and 7 days before: 50% refund iii.) Less than 7 days before: Non-refundable

(4) For services involving transportation, restaurant reservations, or third-party events, specific cancellation terms may apply.

(5) In cases of natural disaster, government restrictions, or public safety issues, Tokyo VIP Tours reserves the right to cancel or reschedule and offer alternative arrangements or full refund.

 

Article 5 - Client Responsibilities

(1) Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking.

(2) Clients must behave respectfully and in accordance with Japanese law and cultural norms during all tours.

(3) Any damage to facilities, vehicles, or venues caused by the Client or their guests will be billed accordingly.

(4) Tokyo VIP Tours reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services to Clients acting inappropriately or in breach of the agreement.

 

Article 6 - Limitation of Liability

(1) Tokyo VIP Tours is not liable for injury, damage, delay, or loss caused by third-party providers, including hotels, restaurants, transport services, or unforeseen circumstances.

(2) In the case of services booked via Tokyo Supercars株式会社, their liability clauses apply in full.

(3) Tokyo VIP Tours shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages or loss of enjoyment unless caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence.

 

Article 7 - Personal Data

(1) Tokyo VIP Tours may collect and use personal data in accordance with its privacy policy.

(2) Data may be shared with Tokyo Supercars株式会社 or third parties when necessary to provide the booked services.

 

Article 8 - Governing Law and Jurisdiction

(1) These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.

(2) Any dispute arising out of or related to services provided shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.

Club Velocita株式会社 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Tokyo VIP Tours website.
