    Tokyo VIP Tours offers fully private, curated experiences across Japan. From helicopter rides and supercar drives to luxury food, culture, and shopping tours, we specialize in high-end itineraries tailored to your interests.
  • Are all experiences private?
    Yes. Every tour is private and customized for you or your group. You’ll have a dedicated guide and personalized service throughout.
  • Is hotel pickup and drop-off included?
    Yes. All of our experiences include private transportation from and back to your hotel in central Tokyo, unless otherwise noted. For guests outside central Tokyo, we’ll arrange a nearby meeting point or custom pickup for an additional fee.
  • Do you offer custom tours?
    Absolutely. If you have something specific in mind, we’re happy to create a completely custom itinerary for you. Just let us know what you’re interested in.
  • Can I book last minute?
    We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance. For last-minute requests, contact us directly we’ll do our best to accommodate.
  • Do I need to speak Japanese?
    No. All of our tours are hosted by English-speaking guides. If you require another language, let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to arrange it.
  • Is food included?
    This depends on the tour. Some experiences include food or drinks, while others allow you to choose and pay as you go. Each tour page clearly states what’s included.
  • Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
    Yes. Just let us know your dietary needs in advance, and we’ll tailor the experience accordingly.
  • Do you offer transportation upgrades?
    Yes. Many tours include the option to upgrade to a supercar, luxury van, or executive vehicle. Let us know your preference when booking.
  • What’s your cancellation policy?
    Cancel 7 days or more before your tour: Full refund Cancel 3–6 days before: 50% refund Cancel within 48 hours: No refund We’ll always try to work with you if plans change unexpectedly.
  • What are the payment options?
    Payment: Can be made via credit card through a payment link we will send you to complete 3 days before your booking date. We also accept cash in person before the handover of the van. Additional Details: Some credit cards may not work in Japan, so it’s advisable to have cash as a backup. For rentals starting within 2 days, the full payment is required upfront. A service fee of 3.25–3.75% applies to credit card payments.
  • Is there a booking deposit?
    Yes, a non-refundable booking deposit (20% of your total booking) is needed to secure your reservation. This amount will be applied toward the total cost of your booking.
  • What is the PSP Fee?
    Credit card payment service provider fee.
  • How do I confirm my booking?
    Once you submit a booking request, our team will contact you to finalize the details. Your booking is confirmed after we’ve received your approval and payment. You’ll then receive a full itinerary and contact information for your guide.
