What To Expect
1:30 PM – Hotel Pickup
Your driver will meet you at your hotel in central Tokyo. Choose from a range of transport options, including a VIP SUV, luxury sedan, or supercar upgrade for a more dramatic arrival.
2:00 PM – Arrival at Hidden Coffee Counter
Arrive at a discreet, unmarked entrance tucked away in a quiet Tokyo lane. You’ll be welcomed into an intimate four-seat speakeasy-style coffee bar.
2:05 PM – Introduction & First Course
Meet your World Champion Barista and begin the tasting with a hand-brewed single-origin pour-over. Learn about the bean’s origin, flavor profile, and brewing technique.
2:20 PM – Signature Coffee Creation
Enjoy an innovative second course, such as a clarified espresso mocktail or Japanese citrus cold brew, served in elegant glassware.
2:40 PM – Coffee & Confection Pairing
Savor a seasonal sweet paired with your coffee—carefully chosen to enhance aroma, acidity, and mouthfeel.
3:00 PM – Final Course & Dialogue
The final drink is a personal creation by your host, blending storytelling, rare beans, and artistic technique. You’ll also have time for Q&A.
3:30 PM – Hotel Drop-Off
After the experience, your driver will escort you back to your hotel in comfort.
